We are constantly evolving them in line with customer tastes. From January 2008 we will be introducing new on-board menus, and throughout the year there will be further menu changes. We want to offer our customers the very best on-board dining in the UK.
For our latest menus, you could say we’ve put our money where your mouth is. You wanted lighter, healthier options, as well as organic and Fairtrade products, so we’ve reduced the butter or fat in some of our dishes and introduced new sandwich flavours and Fairtrade chocolate.

or ordering a snack from the at-seat trolley, you can be sure of mouth-watering cuisine, top-quality ingredients and warm, friendly service.
